The Sandhill Lane Residents Association's (SLRA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2026 has been announced.

Thank you to all the volunteers who helped paint the new gates on Sandhill Lane in September. All five gates - four fixed and one entrance gate - have now been fully painted.

An appeal has been made against MSDC's decision to refuse a planning application for "up to eight self-build/custom build dwellings" on Burleigh Lane. The appeal argues for this development to be approved.

Two residents (and SLRA Committee Members) fixed 10 potholes on Sunday 12th July.

SLRA Members joined together for social walk from Sandhill Lane to Kingscote Vineyard at the end of May. The walk took place on Saturday 30th May, which was a beautiful sunny day. Seven walkers and four dogs - primed with hats, suncream and water - took part in the 5km walk.

Mid Sussex District Council (MSDC) have issued a letter confirming the Planning Committee will "consider" [and make a decision on] the application for "up to eight self-build/custom build dwellings" on land south of Burleigh Lane.
